Features and application:
The machine is applicable to the filling, capping and sealing of polyester bottles for air-free liquid, such as mineral water, purified water, juice, tea, liquor, etc.
The machine delivers bottles in the form of suspended bottle neck and fills & seals them in a rotary manner. As a result, the production efficiency is much higher and the replacement of bottle types is more convenient and rapid. Ordinary pressure gravity filling is adopted. It is applicable to various bottle types and easy to operate.

2. Chain-type suspension rotary filling is adopted. The design is unique and the structure is reasonable, applicable to the filling and sealing of various polymer bottles. The pressurized bottle filling design and submersible filling eliminate the problem of bubbling in liquid filling and will stop filling in case of no bottles, thus avoiding the waste of feed liquid. The unique automatic cover compression design prevents the error and fatigue problems in manual covering and ensures each bottle can be automatically covered and compressed. The operation is simple and easy to adjust.
