結(jié)構(gòu)原理
該機(jī)由兩臺(tái)磨粉主機(jī)、旋風(fēng)收集機(jī)構(gòu)、篩分等組成。主機(jī)由機(jī)架、主電機(jī)、無(wú)極變速電機(jī)、送料機(jī)構(gòu)、調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)構(gòu)及一對(duì)動(dòng)磨盤和定磨盤等。其基本原理為通過(guò)兩盤的相對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)，將物料剪切、碾磨而達(dá)到粉碎之目的。采用風(fēng)、水冷卻有效的控制粉碎溫度，確保被粉物料之物性。送料機(jī)構(gòu)選用無(wú)極變速，可根據(jù)不同的物料，調(diào)節(jié)相應(yīng)的進(jìn)料速度，從而達(dá)到*的產(chǎn)品要求。該機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、噪音低，產(chǎn)量高、能耗低、操作簡(jiǎn)單、拆裝方便、無(wú)任何環(huán)境污染，所得粉體細(xì)度均勻等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
