該聯(lián)動線主要由自動理瓶機、洗灌旋(離子風氣洗+負壓灌裝+磁力旋蓋)三位一體聯(lián)動機、電磁感應(yīng)封口機及不干膠貼標機組成，主要用來完成大容量口服溶液劑產(chǎn)品的整理、清除塵埃粒子、計量灌裝、封口及貼標簽等工序，整個生產(chǎn)過程在連續(xù)運轉(zhuǎn)工作狀態(tài)下進行,適用于塑料瓶，去除塵埃粒子，易產(chǎn)生泡沫，易滴漏，旋緊力度大，瓶子易擦傷并且產(chǎn)量要求高的產(chǎn)品。
