一、攪拌罐用途及特性
攪拌罐表意即對物料進(jìn)行攪拌、混配、調(diào)和、均質(zhì)等，不銹鋼攪拌罐根據(jù)生產(chǎn)工藝的要求設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)及配置可標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化及人性化。攪拌罐在攪拌過程中可實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)料控制、出料控制、攪拌控制及其它手動自動控制等。攪拌罐的結(jié)構(gòu) 攪拌罐由攪拌罐體、攪拌罐蓋、攪拌器、支承、傳動裝置
軸封裝置等組成，還可根據(jù)工藝要求配置加熱裝置或冷卻裝置。
二、適用物料在一定壓力下進(jìn)行機(jī)械攪拌易燃、易爆、有毒、異味的物料及其它溶解、滅菌，發(fā)酵過程需長時(shí)間恒壓運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的設(shè)備。更適用于生物工程在生產(chǎn)過程不準(zhǔn)許有任何微量泄漏與污染的設(shè)備。

1. Use and Characteristics of stirring tank

Stirring tank means mixing, blending and homogenizing materials. Stainless steel stirring tank can be standardized and humanized according to the requirements of production process. The stirring tank can realize feeding control, discharging control, mixing control and other manual automatic control in the mixing process.
Structure of stirring tank
Stirring tank is composed of mixing tank body, stirring tank cover, mixer, support, transmission device, shaft encapsulation device, etc. It can also be equipped with heating device or cooling device according to technological requirements.

2. It is suitable for mechanical stirring of flammable, explosive, toxic and odorous materials under certain pressure, and other equipment for dissolving, sterilizing and fermenting under constant pressure for a long time. It is more suitable for Bioengineering Equipment which does not allow any trace leakage and pollution in the production process.
