一、進(jìn)口PLC全電腦控制系統(tǒng)，光纖計(jì)數(shù)、人機(jī)界面，操作簡(jiǎn)便、直觀；
1、伺服動(dòng)膜系統(tǒng)，氣動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)，定位準(zhǔn)確；同步動(dòng)膜，穩(wěn)定性高。
2、采用智能溫控器，溫度控控制準(zhǔn)確；保證封口美觀平整。
3、設(shè)有多種停機(jī)報(bào)警功能，限度減低損耗。
4、本機(jī)采用全自動(dòng)完成計(jì)量、計(jì)數(shù)、制袋、填充、封合、日期打印等操作。該機(jī)為組合式，分為震動(dòng)盤(pán)、光柵計(jì)數(shù)、下料部分和制袋包裝部分；該機(jī)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)配置為兩個(gè)震動(dòng)盤(pán)；可選擇增加多個(gè)，以提高包裝產(chǎn)品的多樣化。

Intelligent temperature controller is adopted and the temperature control is accurate,which guarantees that the sealing has good appearance and good flatness.
There are multiple stop alarm functions,which can reduce the loss to the maximum degree.
Such operations as measurement,counting,bag making,filling,sealing and date printing are automatically completed.The machine,which is combined type,comprises the vibration disk,raster count,laying-off part and bag making and packaging part,The machine has two vibration disks under the standard configuration,ａnd multiple vibration disks may be added,which can improve the diversity of the packed products.
